Here is a good one . Whenever I try to Google something it loads the page and when I hit the back button it gives me a blank page but you can see the previous page thru the blank one . At this point it won't go back it just freezes on that blank page. Is it a bad phone or a setting in Google??

That is a good one, and its only when you Google something?
Can you check to see if you have any new windows that are open?

Have you also tried clearing your cache and history?

It's a stock phone and I did clear my cache and history . I really don't want to get another thus is my second only because my first was smacked off a counter by my cat and shattered the screen . What I really want is to have the amoled screen replaced on my first . I never had one issue with that phone which I got the week they were out . If you know of a way u could get the screen replaced I would be eternally grateful! I miss Incredible #1 ;-(

Back up all your apps I would advise AppBrain (free in the marketplace), numbers etc and do a dalvik clear which will wipe everything. Give me an hour or two and Ill see how to clear it on a stock phone.

Here is a thread on what exactly dalvik is
    androidforums.com/eris-all-things-root/76110-what-dalvik-cache.html

    To clear Dalvik Cache:
    Boot into Recovery
    Choose "Data Options"
    Choose "Clear dalvik cache"

Does Verizon know that its been done and would I still need to pay the extra 20 bucks a month for tethering. I have a few questions about it . At least if I end up bricking my fone I still have my other incredible that needs a new screen.

www.unrevoked.com you will need a PC, but you can use z4root which you can download from the Market. Although I am not sure if that works with phones that got the new Verizon OTA, so might be best to use unrevoked.com
