Nokia's victory in a German court has produced a ban of all sales of all HTC products in Germany. Article is here.

HTC is expected to appeal and Google is busy working to get the patent invalidated, which would make the court finding a moot point. Google fears the ruling could threaten all Android-powered devices and there is probably truth to that.

    Holy cow!

I hate these stupid patent spats. "We are a failing company, and the only way we can make money is to sue other"

And in the end, who really wins? Findings are appealed and the appeal is appealed and the case can linger in court for years and years.

This is probably after the attorneys were brought in before the final product was actually released to the public and they cleared the designs and implementation for general release because they were confident there was no patent infringement.

In the end the attorneys are really the only winners....Not saying that is a bad thing.......For them....

Steve, could you elaborate more specifically, do you want to say that nokia is going to get Android in it?
