    Have you looked for z4Root? Was simply the easiest. Downloaded and run directly from phone. Let me know of you need it.

    I tried it. neither permanant or temporary worked :/ I don't know why unrevoked isn't working

    unrevoked was updated for the most recent OTA for the Inc, it should work.
    Are you getting error messages?

    Got it! I had to install the hboot drivers when the phone was in Hboot AND on normally. Giant pain in the butt. I'm using IncROM 1.3 now. So far so good..

    Funny think was, when my phone broke I went though hell to UN-UNREVOKE it. LOL. Guess I did to good of a job =P
